- Administrative Support - Maintain accurate records, update customer accounts, and ensure seamless communication between teams.
- Excel & Data Management - Utilize MS Excel to generate reports, analyse data, and manage pricing files with precision.
- Customer Coordination - Handle customer requests efficiently, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Marketing Initiatives - Support social media and digital marketing initiatives, overseeing content updates.
Profile
- Previous admin experience is essential
- Strong excel skills is essential
- excellent communication skills
- Able to commute to Dartford 3 times a week
- Good at multitasking and organising
- Previous FMCG experience would be desirable
