An opportunity for an Administrator has arisen with the local authorities on a 3-month contract
Pay Rate: �13.26 Per Hour (PAYE) plus Holiday pay.
Location: TQ9 5NE
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Purpose:
- The finance role mainly involves creditors' input (experience preferred) and may include other aspects of the finance system.
- Use of Microsoft Office functions (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc).
- Dealing with customers, both internal and external.
- Works with others in the team and manages workload independently.
- Awareness and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. General Data Protection Regulations)
- I work mainly from home, although office work in Totnes is an option. I am required to attend the office for occasional meetings, equipment set-up, or training.
- All IT equipment is provided.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience with office equipment such as scanners and copiers
- Event planning and coordination skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of personnel
