Job Description

Role - Administrator
Location: Dyce
Hybrid working: Yes, 2 days from home
Contract: Temporary, approx. 1 month but with the potential to extend.
Salary: £25K per annum
Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 17:00pm and Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm (Can offer some flex with start and finish if required)
Duties:
As a key member of the administrative team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth flow of data and operations. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will help ensure that records are consistently accurate and up to date across systems. You'll be entrusted with a variety of administrative tasks that contribute directly to the efficiency and success of the business.

  • \nDatabase Management: Enter and maintain accurate data within systems, ensuring all information is logged correctly and promptly.

  • \nRecord Keeping: Ensure that all records are organised, properly filed, and easily accessible for quick reference, both digitally and physically.

  • \nSystem Updates: Regularly update and refresh information across various databases and systems to keep them current and relevant.

  • \nAdministrative Support: Handle a range of ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed, offering flexible support to different departments and teams.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient within excel and have worked on a computer system previously.
