About the role
As a Recruit A Driver HGV Driver for our client, you will:
?? Full load or low multi drop deliveries of product and collection of waste nationwide all loads are palletised boxes, or containers and will be loaded/unloaded by FLT on site.
?? To oversee the safe unloading of vehicles at customer premises
?? Driving either Class 2 Vehicles.
?? To check the load security & weight distribution according to latest safe working practices at the beginning and end of each shift.
What you need to know:
? Start times: Drivers can start when they feel necessary to get the loads completed between 04.00 and 08.00.
?? Shift pattern: minimum 40 hours per week, perm positions, Mon - Fri day shifts with some early starts / late finishes and some nights as and when required.
