This team serves as the initial point of contact for all referrals and inquiries into Adult Social Care. The role requires a strong leader who can manage and support the team effectively, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead the ASCD team, providing guidance and support to team members.
Oversee the referral and contact process, ensuring efficient and effective handling of all inquiries.
Act as the primary point of contact for complex cases and escalations.
Maintain high standards of service delivery and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate services and support for clients.
Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
Requirements
Experience in adult social care and/or contact centre management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
