An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join the Adult Locality Team in Clackmannanshire.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated individual with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and ensuring positive outcomes for adults in need of care and protection.

Contract Details:

• Minimum term: 3 months
• Competitive hourly rate

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake assessments and develop care plans to support adults and carers.
• Respond to safeguarding concerns and manage risk effectively.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
• Support individuals to achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
• Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
• Membership of the PVG scheme.
