Experienced Social Worker - Telford Integrated Community Assessment Team Pathway 1

£34.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Location: Primarily based at Princess Royal Hospital, with client visits and home visits as required.

About the Role:

Randstad are delighted to be partnering with Telford & Wrekin Council to recruit an experienced Social Worker to join their TICAT (Hospital Social Work Team) on a contract basis. This is a fast-paced role requiring a highly motivated and skilled individual with proven experience in enablement services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Enablement reviews and Care Act assessments.
• Completing Mental Capacity Act assessments and Best Interests assessments.
• Utilizing an asset-based approach to social work.
• Completing CHC checklists.
• Working with a person-centred approach.
• Managing a demanding workload efficiently.
• Ideally, experience with LAS (for approximately the first 3 months).

Essential Requirements:

• HCPC registration as a qualified social worker.
• Significant experience in enablement services.
• Proven ability to manage a demanding workload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
