Position: Social Worker
Teams: Adults Disabilities 25+ Team
Pay Rate: £36.04 per hour

Description:

The candidates will be expected to deliver a high-quality social work service to individuals with physical or mental impairments that significantly affect their daily activities. You will collaborate with citizens, carers, and families to provide support, foster resilience, and ensure they are at the heart of decision-making to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Care Wales
• Up-to-date DBS check
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in social work with Adults within the UK
• A degree in social work or a related field
