Bridgend Council is seeking experienced Social Workers to join their dynamic teams in the Hospital Discharge, Short Term Services, and Front Door Teams.
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Care Wales
- Up-to-date DBS check
- Over 1 year of relevant experience in social work within the UK
We offer a competitive pay rate of £35 per hour, with flexibility for negotiation based on experience.
