Position: Social Worker
Teams: SPOA Older Person's Team
Pay Rate: £41.89 per hour
Location: Wrexham Council
Description:
As a Social Worker in the SPOA (Single Point of Access) team, your job will be to receive and assess referrals for people needing help. You will make sure they get the right support and services quickly.
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Care Wales
- Up-to-date DBS check
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in social work with Adults within the UK
- A degree in social work or a related field
