Salary: up to £35 per hour PAYE or £44 Limited

Job Overview:



Pin Point Recruitment is working with an esteemed healthcare provider in London to recruit an experienced Advanced Care Practitioner (ACP). This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-centred environment, providing high-quality care and support to patients across various settings.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.

  • Provide high-quality care in a variety of clinical settings, including urgent care, primary care, or specialty clinics.

  • Prescribe medications and treatment plans in line with patient needs and national healthcare guidelines.

  • Deliver health education to patients and families, promoting well-being and preventive care.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, Cares, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the training of junior staff.

  • Work closely with patients to manage long-term conditions, minor injuries, and acute illnesses.



Key Requirements:




  • Registered Care with an active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.

  • Advanced Care Practitioner qualification or equivalent, with a minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience.

  • Experience in managing complex cases, with a solid understanding of medical conditions, diagnostics, and treatments.

  • Proficiency in prescribing medications and a strong understanding of clinical guidelines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in urgent care, primary care, or hospital-based settings is desirable.
