An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic healthcare team in Warrington. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments to patients across a range of clinical conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, focusing on disease prevention and health promotion.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as per clinical guidelines and patient needs.
  • Lead and participate in clinical audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to junior nursing staff and students.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a primary or urgent care setting.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent clinical skills, including advanced assessment and diagnostic abilities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
