Key Responsibilities:

  Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse population.

  Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments autonomously.

  Prescribe medications where appropriate and in line with clinical guidelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage acute and chronic conditions within primary care or urgent care settings.

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate patient records and uphold clinical governance standards.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.

  
  


• 
  

  MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent qualification/experience).

  
  


• 
  

  Independent Prescriber qualification.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working as an ANP in primary care, urgent care, or out-of-hours settings.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work autonomously and adapt to different clinical environments.
