Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to support a GP Surgery in Stoke, on a Locum Basis.
Advanced Clinical Practitioner
Pay: £45 LTD p/h + £250 Welcome Bonus 
Hours: Flexible | Full-Time or Part-Time | Mon - Fri 
Contract: Locum | Permanent DOE
Duties: 
- Provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
- Demonstrate safe, competent clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice.
- Communicate and work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.
Required: 
- MSc in Nursing or related Subject 
- Non-Medical Prescriber
- NMC Registration 
- Minimum 6 months experience working within a GP Practice as an ANP
