They offer a full range of medical, surgical and diagnostic services to both private and NHS patients. /p p strong The Candidate /strong /p p The candidate will need to be a fully qualified, highly experienced Advanced Practice Physiotherapist with a current registration to the HCPC and CSP. This post involves working in a busy MDT outpatient centre alongside other Advanced Practice Physiotherapists, Doctors and Clinical Nurse Specialists as well as a large team of Physiotherapist. /p p The post holder will be supporting the community Rheumatology and MSK service to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community across Hemel Hemstead.
