Role: Advertising Solutions ManagerStart: ImmediatePay rate: £585 to £652 per day + Holiday pay (PAYE – Inside IR35)Location: Central London Office – Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from homeExpected duration: 2 roles open 3 Months and 6 months – may extendOur client is a global technology leader. Their advertising agency business team are looking for a solutions Manager to join their team on a fixed term contract. The team is focussed on innovating and unlocking new opportunities for clients while utilising the business canvas. As they unlock more business, they need a Solution Manager to support to run the executions.The Solutions Manager will be part of the EU advertising team on the entertainment and hospitality vertical which is part of the overall Ads team. They are primarily responsible for delivering sold campaigns and ensuring internal and external stakeholders are keeping to deadlines and deliverables, foreseeing any risks, and providing solutions, problem solving.On a day-to-day basis you will check in on the progress of projects and clearly communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Sourcing information on deliverables and deep diving to ensure solutions are feasible.You will be working closely with the creative and design technology team to build a campaign from scratch and align the vision across all partners.you will be working with top talent on exciting briefs such as for movie or video game releases. They are also working on breaking into new business so you could be at the forefront of creating new solutions and bringing to life an idea.Key responsibilitiesTechnically validate and thoroughly scope a variety of different customer experiences, providing in depth functional requirements and timelines, aligned with creative, technical, legal teams, testing teams, etc.Project manage complex campaigns from the conceptual phase to go live, utilising various project management methodologies to ensure successConstantly develop and drive new advertising product innovations that are outside of standard product card by engaging with customers, creative teams and management to deliver unique solutions for strategic advertising partnersManage ad hoc requests for new advertising concepts that can be delivered rapidly in a quickly and thoroughly mannerManage client meetings to assess goals, objectives and requests in terms of advertising solutions to drive forward required solutionsWork cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximise business benefit.Develop overall solution plans that meet operational requirements, project manage the execution of custom advertising solutions and ensure that stakeholders have all the inputs required.Present confidently to senior management, external clients, and other large audiencesRequirements5 to 8 years’ experience in solutions manager/ programme manager role within advertisingExperienced with Salesforce, Asana, Slack, Excel, PowerPointA track record of successfully working with big brands on ad campaigns as a program/project/solution managerConfident and clear communicatorA positive can-do attitudeAn eagerness to overcome blockers and be solution orientatedMust be able to handle ambiguity and create structure around it
