📣 Job Opportunity: Ads Operations Specialist 🌍✨We are seeking a skilled Ads Operations Specialist to join our client's team as a temporary employee. As a key member of their Global Support Operations (GSO) team, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers on our platform.Location: UK Remote 🇬🇧Start date: ASAP 🚀Duration: Until 31st December (extension possible) 🗓️Pay Rate: £25.48 per hour 💰🔍 Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal Monetization Product Testing team to support test campaigns for unmanaged advertisers on the platform, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the entire testing process.Take ownership of testing operations, including recruitment outreach, campaign QA, and performance tracking for multiple projects.Monitor and troubleshoot progress and performance of test campaigns to maintain programme quality and consistency.Respond to incoming requests promptly with superior customer service and judgement.Gather insights to improve our products and help advertising partners achieve their marketing objectives.Actively participate in training and operational meetings, adding value to the team.Identify and implement tool and process efficiency improvements with an analytical perspective.✨ Desired Skills and Experience:Experience directly managing advertising campaigns and a deep understanding of success metrics.Proficiency in client-facing communication regarding Facebook Ads Manager and campaign setup.Detail-oriented, computer literate, and tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software.Experience in research studies such as A/B tests, surveys, and interviews.Excellent multitasking skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-performance team environment.Previous tech experience is a plus.If you have a passion for online ads, strong project management skills, and a curiosity to understand how things work, our client's team would love to hear from you.
