Location: RemoteSalary: £25k-£32k plus benefitsThe RoleWe are looking for an ambitious paid media specialist to join our Amazon and Tiktok Shop advertising team. This role is required due to considerable growth in the client base, particularly TikTok and the services offered to those clients.The role is suited to someone that loves responsibility, delivering results and is eager to grow their expertise within the Amazon or Tiktok Advertising platform.Please note that whilst we would prefer to see experience of running both TikTok and Amazon advertising campaigns this role is open to anyone that can demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in either platform. Your attitude and desire matters more than specific Amazon or Tiktok experience. Main responsibilities;Developing and managing TikTok/Amazon social, search and programmatic campaignsReporting and providing deep insights about performanceCreating acquisition plans for new products and pivoting strategies depending on performance.Developing processes and frameworks to constantly improve time efficiency.We will encourage the person that takes the role to also act as a thought-leader internally and externally. That includes strategy, advertising and operational support.Our clients are product brands that are selling on both platforms. They are mostly consumer products though we do have B2B clients. Clients are based in the UK, mainland Europe and the United States.Our clients are active in a wide range of sectors including skincare, beauty, office supplies, nutrition, clothing, toys, baby products and many moreEveryone in the team works remotely and manages their own schedules. Due to an increase in our client roster and the huge shift towards selling on Amazon and TikTok we have plans to grow significantly.The Ideal CandidateWe value attitude over experience and believe that the right person can grow into this role. We do, however, have some minimum expectationsAt least 1 year of experience managing Amazon or Tiktok paid media campaigns or 3 years of experience managing similar search advertising campaigns e.g. Google Ads.Experience analysing performance and creating insightful reportsExperience forecasting budgets and salesAbility to develop campaign strategies for new brands and productsExperience working with different clients at the same time (desirable)Familiarity with Amazon or Tiktok ad management softwareThe type of person will exhibit these behavioursTenacityAmbitionA love of learningNot afraid to try thingsEmbrace challengesInstinct to actPeople that value autonomy, work-life balance and striving to achieve their best work thrive in our company culture.The role is 100% remote. The role is open to anyone in any location.
