Making our world safe and secure.The Role – Safety & Compliance Manager As the Safety & Compliance Manager, you are responsible for assisting the General Manager in executing the Mission Solutions strategy as an integral part of Nova Systems International strategy through effective and focussed Safety and Quality management and leadership. The role encompasses working with the senior technical leadership team to grow the scope of approval as necessary to support the strategy, identify areas of improvements in technical processes to improve efficiency and compliance, and ensuring a coherent product development approach that meets the strategic objectives of the business.Essential Skills & ExperienceAcceptable to CAA/EASA as Form 4 post holderExcellent knowledge of civil regulatory requirements related to design, manufacture and maintenance (specifically Part 21, Part 145).Demonstrable experience in the aerospace industry, specifically working in EASA or UK CAA maintenance, manufacturing or design organisations.UK driver’s licenseEligibility to work in the UK. Due to the nature of our projects, we can only accept applications from NATO-country passport holders.Strong stakeholder managementHigh level of ethics and integrity.Desirable Experience Familiarity with MoD and NATO quality systems, such as EMAR-21We are looking for someone to support us for 6mths while we hire into the role permanently, we require someone to start immediately.
