Aesthetic Practitioner

We are seeking a full time, motivated, hardworking and approachable experienced Esthetitican for a beautiful clinic in West London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skin care and facial treatments. We are looking for some one who is a team player, with a warm personality and has client safety as top priority. Minimum Requirements

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy


• Experience in skin care/aesthetic treatments

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client needs and skin concerns.


• Perform skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments.


• Perform treatments for various skin concerns, ensuring safe and effective use of technology.


• Administer microneedling procedures, tailoring techniques to individual skin types and conditions.


• Apply advanced skin peels, customizing formulas and methods to suit client skin types and desired outcomes.


• Provide advanced skincare treatments, acne treatments including comedone/milia extractions and other therapeutic procedures.


• Offer detailed aftercare instructions to clients.


• Monitor client progress and manage follow-up appointments to assess treatment efficacy and client satisfaction.


• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxury experience for each client.


• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and lifestyle changes that can enhance treatment results.


• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and advancements to provide informed advice.


• Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.


• Manage client records meticulously, maintaining accurate documentation of treatments and progress.


• Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a sterile environment.


• Monitor and manage inventory of skincare products, treatment supplies, and equipment.


• Maintain necessary certifications and licenses required for performing advanced aesthetic treatments.


• Comply with regulatory standards and clinic protocols.


• Work closely with other practitioners, sharing knowledge and techniques to improve overall clinic services.
