Affiliate Marketing Manager

Position OverviewThe Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing affiliate partnership strategies for a rapidly growing online casino and sportsbook.The ideal candidate for this position is a proactive self-starter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the crypto and/or igaming sectors.As a key member of the acquisition team, the Acquisition Manager will extend the brand reach through affiliate marketing methods , as well as working with influencers / streamers.Salary is negotiable and competitive depending on your experience levelFully remote working ok as you will work with a globally distributed teamDay to day you willActively seek out, engage, and recruit affiliate partnerships, influencers, streamers, and brand ambassadors who align with our brand values.Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, streamers, brand ambassadors, and influencer marketing agencies, ensuring ongoing engagement and alignment with our platform.Consistently explore and initiate new partnership opportunities to expand our brand’s visibility.Work closely with partners to drive user acquisition and first-time deposits (FTDs), ensuring measurable ROI.Assess and track the performance of each partnership to ensure they meet established KPIs and objectives.Gather and relay feedback from influencers and brand ambassadors to internal teams, fostering continuous improvement in our offerings.RequirementsAt least 2 years of direct experience as an acquisition manager in the iGaming industry, preferably within the crypto gaming sector.Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Excellent negotiation skills.A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Dedication to putting in extra effort to meet objectives.Strong teamwork skills, with excellent organisational and communication abilities.Proficiency in following established processes and providing detailed reports.Comfortable working remotely with flexible shifts.Experience in tracking and analysing conversion rates.Experience working with influencers and streamers via social media is an added advantage.Interviews can move quickly and my client can look to hire the right person ASAP
