Extensive product knowledge

Professional and courteous manner
Willingness to represent the business at offsite events

Processing parts, accessory & apparel orders, both internal and external
Managing stock levels of parts, accessories & apparel
Ensuring parts are available for each job
Receiving in parts deliveries
Pre-picking parts for future workshop jobs
Optimising additional upselling opportunities
Working alongside & assisting our Aftersales Specialist and skilled technicians to ensure customers receive a first class service
Making service/repair bookings in the absence of the Aftersales Specialist
You must hold a full, clean Motorcycle and Car driving license to be considered for this role.
