Our client, a top of market industrial machinery manufacturer and service provider is experiencing significant growth and is looking to expand their team.

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Business Developer to work alongside an existing team to help manage and develop existing accounts. Ultimately to increase sales in the aftersales service vertical of business.

With this role, you will be splitting your time between the Coventry office and customer sites, travelling across the UK & Ireland.

This is a new, permanent, full-time role from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growing repeat business levels and follow-ups
• Existing customer account and relationship management.
• Contract negotiation
• Occasional travel across the UK & Ireland

Requirements:

• Experience in aftersales business development
• Ability to communicate in all situations at all levels of an organisation
• IT skills including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Flexible approach to travel
• Full UK driving licence
