Are you an experienced Aftersales advisor, in the Trowbridge, Wiltshire are who is looking to take your career to the next level? Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is seeking a talented Aftersales Business Executive to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities within the aftersales market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record in aftersales business development or parts advising.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and its aftermarket.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant software.
