The Role of an Aftersales Manager:

• Possess extensive motor industry experience, in an Aftersales Manager or similar position at management level.   
• Conduct regular 1-1's, audits, reviews with staff and sites
• Knowledge of the operational running of a workshop and business administration.  
• Knowledge of customer and market analysis.
• Must be experienced in people management, particularly in terms of achievement through teams.
