Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu specifications and recipes provided.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the designated section, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a professional kitchen environment.
Proficiency in various cooking techniques and a strong understanding of culinary fundamentals.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality cuisine.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required.
