Position Overview:
We are seeking talented and experienced�Chefs to join our agency for part-time roles. As a�expereinced Chef you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for patients, staff, and visitors, adhering to strict dietary guidelines and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to all requirements and menu plans.
• Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items that meet nutritional standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard of quality, presentation, and taste.
• Manage specific sections of the kitchen and coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Always adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

• Proven experience minimum as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a healthcare or large-scale catering environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, including allergen management.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of food preparation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
