What's involved?

As a Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment during the night hours. Your responsibilities may include:

• - Providing excellent customer service to guests during the night shift
• - Assisting with late check-ins and check-outs
• - Monitoring security and ensuring the safety of guests and the premises
• - Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• - Performing regular security patrols of the property
• - Setting up meeting rooms or event spaces as required
• - Addressing any maintenance issues or emergencies that may arise during the night
• - Ensuring public areas are clean and tidy
