Position Summary: The Agency Partner will be responsible for managing and expanding the company s programmatic sales initiatives with agency partners. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, optimizing programmatic campaigns, and driving revenue growth through programmatic channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Programmatic Sales Strategy: Develops and implements a comprehensive programmatic sales strategy to maximise revenue. Client Acquisition and Retention: Identifies and secures new programmatic advertising clients while maintaining and growing existing relationships with agency partners. Campaign Management: Oversees the setup, execution, and optimisation of programmatic ad campaigns to ensure performance meets client expectations and KPIs. Market Analysis: Conducts market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilises data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide actionable insights to clients. Collaboration: Works closely with the ad operations, marketing, and content teams to align programmatic sales efforts with overall business goals. Reporting: Prepares regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market insights for senior management. Training and Development: Educates internal teams and clients on programmatic advertising best practices and emerging trends. Compliance: Ensures all programmatic activities comply with industry regulations and standards. Qualifications: Knowledge/experience on the programmatic landscape. Proven track record of building client relationships in media planning, presenting and reporting communication to meet deadlines. Strong understanding of programmatic advertising platforms, technologies, and trends. Contacts within agencies groups. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using programmatic tools and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
