Child in Care Team as a Locum Children's Social Worker - �35 per hour

Bradford Child in Care team is seeking a dedicated Locum Children's Social Worker to provide vital support and advocacy for children in care, ensuring they receive the care, stability, and opportunities they deserve.

Competitive Rate: �35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of children in care, advocating for their safety, wellbeing, and long-term development
• Build trusting relationships with children, families, and caregivers
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Complete thorough assessments and regularly review the progress and needs of each child

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
• Minimum 3 years post qualified experience statutory children's social work, including Child In Care experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable children
