Key Responsibilities:

- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the individuals in your care.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care/support worker role is desirable, but not essential.
- A caring, empathetic nature with a desire to help others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
