Agency Support Worker - CYP

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing person-centered care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings.
• Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication.
• Promoting independence and supporting individuals to engage in social, recreational, and community activities.
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the individuals in your care.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care/support worker role is desirable, but not essential.
• A caring, empathetic nature with a desire to help others.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
