Agricultural Service Manager

My client is an established and expanding agricultural machinery business, covering much of Scotland they offer a comprehensive range of new and used agricultural equipment. They are experiencing continued success and growth.
I am currently looking to recruit an Agricultural Service Manager to work at a location in Aberdeenshire.
Reporting to the Group Service Manager, the Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day control and running of the Workshop and Service operation.
They will be responsible for leading a team of agricultural engineers/apprentices by example and to agreed standards, planning workloads, allocating tasks and monitoring progress.
Assisted by the Group Service Manager and Parts Manager the individual will look deliver professional performance, quality, and reliability in the services my client provides.
You will have experience in people management; excellent organisational skills; excellent computer skills; and a proven track record and good all-round knowledge of Agricultural Engineering
You will be customer focussed, a good communicator and have a focus on achieving targets.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm plus additional hours as required, including evenings and weekends in the busy season.
