Responsibilities for an Agricultural Service Manager

• Lead and manage a team of skilled engineers specializing in agricultural machinery.
• Oversee and streamline call-out procedures to deliver exceptional customer service
• Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient parts procurement and timely job completion.
• Manage all aspects of the service team and workshop
• Develop and maintain relationships

Requirements for an Agricultural Service Manager

• Ideally have Agricultural experience (or at least have relevant industry knowledge)
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience looking after engineers.
• A can do attitude
