My client specializes in combining technologies to deliver a complete heating and renewable package, their products include Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Ventilation and Underfloor Heating. They're looking to expand their team to continue the companies growth, both in head count and geographic location.

Responsibilities:

• System Installation: Perform the installation of AC and air source heat pump systems in residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Site Assessment: Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the best installation practices, including evaluating building layout and existing HVAC systems.
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of installed AC and air source heat pump systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Repairs: Perform repairs on faulty or damaged components, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any issues or malfunctions with AC and air source heat pump systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques.

Training and Progression:

• Progression Opportunities: Strong progression routes due to growth plans - managerial and team leadership potential down the line.
• Available Training: Strong training, full training into Heat Pump Installation and Servicing.

Candidate Criteria:

• Essential Experience: 3 Years Heating and plumbing experience, and or AC experience.
• Essential Qualifications: G3 Unvented, NVQ Plumbing and Heating, F GAS CERTIFIED
• Desirable Experience: Prior Heat Pump Installation and servicing experience
• Desirable Qualifications: C and G Heat Pumps.
• Location: Ferndown - Working patch; New Forest, Salisbury, Shaftesbury, Weymouth

Role Details:

• Base Salary: �40,000 - �44,500
• Bonus / OT / Commission: On call bonus - 1 in 6 weeks.
• Holiday Days: 22 Days + UK Bank Holidays
• Pension: Workplace pension
• Any Other Benefits: Van & mobile phone
