An excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established company.Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.Location: Leeds, Yorkshire LS25.Salary: £17.00 - £19.00 Per Hour, Depending on Experience (£35,360 - £39,520 Per Annum, Based on 40 Hours Per Week)About The Company:They are a well-established Air conditioning company based in Leeds with over 30 years experience in the industry.They are a close friendly team who take pride in delivering a professional and personal service to their commercial and domestic customers.The majority of their works involve the installation and maintenance on Split systems and occasionally VRF systems.About The Role: As a full-time Air-Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems. Your day-to-day tasks will involve performing inspections, troubleshooting issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring that systems are functioning optimally.Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of air conditioning systems will be essential for success in this role.The work is mostly based within the Yorkshire region but occasionally you may also be expected to travel outside the area.Key Duties (But not limited to):Locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment.Conducting preventative maintenance service and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.Install, rebuild, replace or repair fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, pumps and other equipment as necessary.Maintain related records concerning time, labour and materials; maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required.Candidate Requirements:Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or a related role.Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to take your own initiative.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant certifications or qualifications in air conditioning maintenance or engineering.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.Full UK driving licence.Company Benefits:Pension scheme.22 Annual holidays per year plus 8 bank holidays.Use of Company van.Company uniform provided.Employee Assistance Programme.Bright Exchange - access to discounts.Training & Development.If you feel that you have the relative skills/attributes to fulfil this role then please apply now for immediate consideration.JBRP1_UKTJ
