Air Conditioning Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a�Air Conditioning Engineer�to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a�Air Conditioning Engineer�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.

As the�Air Conditioning Engineer,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The��Air Conditioning Engineer,�will be responsible for:

• Undertaking the maintenance (PPM & Reactive) and repair of AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.


• You may also be required to work on refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines


• Undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment.


• You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines.


• You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.


• keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.�

To be successful for this��Air Conditioning Engineer role you must have:

• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.


• You must have relevant qualifications e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent.


• Full current driving licence.


• Be willing to participate in an On-Call rota.


• Also, knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
