Air Conditioning Engineer

� Installation and Maintenance:

� Install, maintain, and repair a variety of air conditioning and ventilation systems, including:

� Split systems

� VRF/VRV systems

� Chiller units

� Ventilation systems (supply and extract)

� Heat recovery systems

� Diagnose and rectify faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems.

� Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on various systems.

� Respond promptly to emergency call-outs to resolve urgent issues.

� Ensure all work complies with relevant building regulations and industry standards.

� Refrigerant Handling:

� Handle refrigerants safely and in accordance with F-Gas regulations.

� Maintain accurate records of refrigerant usage and disposal.

� Documentation and Reporting:

� Maintain accurate and real-time records of all work carried out using a CAFM system accessed via PDA.

� Complete necessary paperwork and documentation efficiently.

� Estimating and Quoting:

� Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate quotations for proposed works.

� Client Liaison:

� Communicate effectively with clients, providing professional advice and guidance on system operation, maintenance, and repairs.

� Build and maintain positive client relationships.

� Health and Safety:

� Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

� Promote a safe working environment.
