Salary: �30,000 - �40,000 per annum (DOE)

Our client, a well-established Facilities Management (FM) contractor, is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:




  • Perform routine service, maintenance, and repairs of air conditioning systems (including splits, VRV/VRF, and AHUs)

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults efficiently

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

  • Ensure work is completed to the highest standards and in line with health and safety regulations

  • Complete relevant paperwork and service reports accurately and in a timely manner

  • Work closely with the Facilities Management team to ensure smooth operation of HVAC systems across various sites



Requirements:




  • F-Gas certification (Category 1)

  • Previous experience in air conditioning service and maintenance

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including fault finding and diagnostics

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Full UK driving license

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • A proactive approach to work with a commitment to delivering quality service
