Join our growing team as an Air Export Coordinator and be a part of a leading privately owned freight forwarding business. We plan to increase our headcount by 33% during the next 12 months as a part of our growth plans for 2025 and beyond.

This is a highly progressive opportunity based in our newly purpose-built office in Altrincham. As an Air Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth airfreight operations and end-to-end air exports. Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end air export operations including booking, coordinating with carriers, and preparing documentation
• Ensure timely customs entries and compliance with regulations
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies to maintain service excellence

As an Air Export Coordinator, you will be coordinating air export shipments, communicating with various stakeholders, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. You will also monitor and track shipments, resolve operational issues, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the air export operations.
