We have a great opportunity for an experienced serviced/short let accommodation operations manager who has gained experience in the full 360 of running a successful service/ short let accommodation and management operation portfolio.We are a successful property business and have been operating for the last 17 years in prime central London, we have extensive property knowledge and contacts and are expanding the business into mid to high end service accommodation for HNW individuals and senior executives.Our business objective is of growing our own portfolio to minimum target of 100 plus units over the next 18 months. We are looking for entrepreneurs who want to be more than just an employee!KEY TASKS:Source suitable property in line with our property strategyCreate and maintain relationships with new landlords and agents to ensure a steady housing supplyExercise sound business judgement, identify, investigate and analyse opportunities, including innovative solutionsPrepare timely, accurate & professional reports & proposalsNegotiate contract terms for new and renewed contractsNetworking at property industry events to build new relationships with intermediaries, agents etc.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Candidate will have minimum 2 years work experience in the serviced apartment/ short let industry and be confident and well presentedGrow the business with us and hire additional team member and manage team.Must be driven, ambitious and enjoy the interaction of the transaction processAbility to negotiate and build fruitful formal and informal partnerships to achieve strategic objectives and improve outcomesAbility to create and sustain strategic and productive relationships with key stakeholdersProfessional communication skills in English (phone, e-mail, face-to-face)Proactive and fast-paced, with a can-do attitudeHighly numerate and analyticalGood understanding of legal terminology and contract agreementsExcellent negotiation & presentation skillsPassion for property with a desire to develop professionallyCandidates with existing relationships and experience in Central London preferredWe are offering a generous basic salary and a fantastic commission structure, with OTE in excess of 150k per annum.If you're a self-motivated professional with an unwavering passion.we'd love to hear from you.
