Airline Catering System Change Manager (Contractor)

At dnata, we are by your side for the entire travel experience. dnata Catering and Retail is one of the world’s leading in-flight hospitality providers, delivering world-class culinary services and innovative products that enhance our passengers’ experience.Purpose of the role:We are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to join our team for the Global Airline Catering System (ERP) project. This role is instrumental in driving and managing the change process, ensuring the change impacts are identified, understood and catered for. Also including the successful adoption and implementation of the ERP system across our airline catering operations globally.This will be a fixed term contract with a duration of 12 to 24 months.What you’ll be doing:Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the Global Airline Catering System project, including communication plans, training programs, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption metrics.Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments to understand the organisation's readiness for change and develop targeted change management plans.Develop and deliver communication plans, training materials, and user documentation to support user adoption and proficiency in using the Airline Catering system effectively.Facilitate change management workshops, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms to promote a positive change culture and address resistance to change.Manage communication channels, feedback loops, and change champions to ensure effective communication and engagement throughout the change process.Monitor and measure change adoption, user satisfaction, and business outcomes post-implementation, identifying areas for continuous improvement and optimization.Partner with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of change management activities with overall project goals, priorities, and values.This list is not exhaustive, accountabilities may vary and may include any other duties considered reasonable by the line manager.What you’ll have:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Change Management, or related field; Prosci or similar change management certification is a plus.Proven experience (7 years) in change management roles, particularly in ERP implementation projects or large-scale transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with experience in developing change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Ability to analyse change impacts, assess change readiness, and develop actionable plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful change adoption.Experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms to promote a positive change culture and foster user adoption of new technologies or processes.Ability to travel internationally as needed for project meetings and change management activities.Desirable:Experience or background in aviation and/or catering industryExperience working with diverse teams or stakeholders in a global cross-functional environmentWhat you’ll show:Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives, particularly in ERP implementations or large-scale transformation projects.Proven ability to conduct change impact assessments, identifying potential risks, challenges, and opportunities related to change initiatives.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, fostering open communication and transparency throughout the change process.Experience in developing and implementing change adoption strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and change reinforcement mechanisms.Resilience in managing resistance to change, adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities, and ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and practices, with the ability to integrate change management activities into project plans and timelines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, metrics, and feedback to assess change effectiveness, measure adoption rates, and identify areas for improvement.Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and improvement of change management practices based on industry best practices and lessons learned.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to lead impactful change initiatives and drive business transformationProfessional development and growth opportunities within a dynamic and innovative environmentIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving successful change initiatives and ensuring change adoption in ERP implementations, we encourage you to apply and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing airline catering operations globally.
