We are currently recruiting for Airside Duty Managers to be based at Stansted City. In this role you will ensure the safe day to day operation of the airside offices, ensuring all KPIs are met and all SLA's are adhered to whilst ensuring the stakeholders are informed.
Work pattern for this role is 4 days on and 4 days off, working a 12 hour shift from 8:00 to 20:00
What you'll do...
Provide customer information and exceptional customer service at all times.
Assist with passenger movements and ad hoc tasks as per the request of the Airport Duty manager.
Maintain a good, safe driving record, operating with legal requirements such vehicle defect forms and driving regulations.
Ensure all vehicle defects and accidents are reported in line with company procedure and that any necessary action/coaching is undertaken in a timely manner.
Ensure the cleanliness of all vehicles is kept to a high standard during duties and that the fuelling guidelines are adhered to.
Ensure high standards are maintained in line with National Express and MAG guidelines
Carry out additional duties as requested by your Manager including weekly reporting
What you'll need...
Must be able to provide a 5 years history for an enhanced security check
Previous bus experience preferably in a car park setting and be able to hold an airside security pass and driving permit (training will be provided)
Must hold a valid PCV Licence with no more than 3 penalty points
Previous managerial/team leader experience covering HR processes
Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of written and spoken English
Ability to work without close supervision landside and airside where applicable
Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to deal with people effectively and with ease with a clear focus on attendance and performance of all the driving team
Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced working environment
A proactive and flexible attitude
