Allocations and Lettings Officer

Housing Allocations Officer - Surrey - Minimum 3 months (likely extension) - 1 day in office per week

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• To cover phone duty for the local authority.
• To assess applications correctly and allocate accordingly as well as processing new applications and making sure records are correct.
• To deal with nominations in accordance with the councils policy.

You must have experience or knowledge in:

• Allocating nominations
• Assessing suitability of applicants
• Processing applications
