Allocations Officer

Having worked alongside this Local Authority based in the West Midlands for a while, they have a perfect team spirit and morale for someone looking for a new role within allocations.

They need someone to join their team on an initial 6 month contract with prior experience in Allocations.

The council being easily located and just a 10 minute walk from the nearest station, the journey in is a simple one.

They would initially need someone in the office 5 days a week but following the first few weeks this can be reduced.�

• Previous experience in the Housing Allocations/Housing Register sector


• Conducting sign ups and providing Housing Advice to homeless clients


• Experience in shortlisting applicants on the Housing Waiting List


• Completing suitability assessments for offers of accommodation


• Completing Registered Provider nominations
