Job Opportunity: Aluminium Fabricator

Quest Employment�is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious company for skilled Aluminium Fabricators to join their team in the Northampton and Coventry areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and documentation of fabrication processes


• Conduct QA checks on incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials


• Maintain factory compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards


• Collaborate with the team to meet agreed timescales and deadlines

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Technical knowledge and experience with aluminium fa�ade systems


• Experience with machinery such as Router, Double Mitre Saw, Bead Saw, and CNC (advantageous)


• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings


• Excellent communication skills


• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


• Proactive and able to take initiative


• Commitment to high standards of work
