The brand creates vegan, cruelty-free, clean formulas from its Milk Makeup HQ in Downtown NYC.What We Need:Waldencast is seeking a Brand Manager responsible for executing the growth efforts of Amazon for Milk Makeup & Obagi. This candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the Amazon business model with experience in high-growth businesses. Reporting directly to our Business Strategist, the Amazon Brand Manager will be responsible for owning the channel strategy, P&L management, and act as the daily contact for the Amazon agencies as well as cross functional teams within the brands to ensure progress towards Amazon objectives and targets.What You’ll Do:Oversee the Amazon business for Milk Makeup & Obagi, working closely with the Business Strategist.Establish strategies to increase topline and bottom-line performance, achieving year over year growth and working towards set financial goals.Develop brand plans including strategy, objectives, tactics and scheduling for the brands, that align with and help achieve sales objectives and revenue targets.Build and develop strong relationships with the Amazon Seller & Ads team acting as the main POC and leading calls.Manage the Amazon agency relationship daily, across email and weekly calls.Launch news throughout the year, managing the agency to ensure excellent execution from initial set up to inventory receival.Own the content and creative on Amazon (A+ Content, Brand Store, etc), working with both internal and external teams to translate our brand message to Amazon.Own the merchandising and event calendar on Amazon, working closely with the Seller Manager on future opportunities.Daily account management responsibilities include, but are not limited to sales reporting, Amazon management, operations tracking, content and creative management, fee trackingLeads collaboration with cross-functional teams within the brands including Operations, Brand, Creative, Sales, among many othersWork closely with the Operations team and the agencies to ensure operational excellence and healthy inventory levels.Report on channel strategy performance against KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis to leadership with insights and analysis of the business driversReviews market research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate consumer attitudes into new branding directionsTranslate performance marketing data into new ideas, consumer insights, and innovation possibilities.What You’ll Need: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required; a focus in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar related fields strongly preferred.At least 3-5+ years of demonstrated success managing high volume of SKUs on Amazon Seller / Vendor Central with an advanced understanding of P&L statements and sizable budgets.Agency management experience required to lead the partnership on the responsibilities above.Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, and ROAsStrong qualitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of analysis and metrics to drive continuous improvement and decision making.Ability to operate independently given direction, bring ideas and solutions to issues raisedExceptional organizational and prioritization/time management skills; demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever-changing environment; someone who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advertising networksPossess an energetic, positive attitude that encourages a team and supports the growth and professional development of others.Compensation: £55K - £65K per yearPhysical Requirements:These demands document the physical requirements of a specific job.
