As an Anaesthetic Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the preparation of the anaesthetic room and equipment
  • Monitoring patients during anaesthesia
  • Providing support to the anaesthetist during procedures
  • Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Participating in the on-call rota as required
  • Supporting the Theatre team in delivering high-quality care

To be considered for the Anaesthetic Practitioner role, you should have:
  • Registration with NMC or HCPC
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a theatre setting
  • Specific experience in anaesthetics / Scrub or Recovery
