Analyst 2/ 3 , M&A, Consumer Coverage, Global Investment Bank

We are now working with a leading global investment bank.They have a very successful consumer advisory team which advises consumer goods companies, luxury goods, retailer and brands on their M&A activity. They have worked on some big brand deals.They and are now looking to add an M&A Analyst to their team.Day to day, this will involve the following duties:Assisting with the execution of transactions including M&A, corporate finance and other related activitiesPreparing financial and valuation models for potential corporate client opportunitiesDrafting relevant corporate finance and related transactional documentationPreparing marketing presentations for current and potential corporate clients with appropriate research and data analyticsDeal executionSupervised day-to-day liaison with corporate clients regarding stock market trends and developmentsThey are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:- 2nd or 3rd year analysts with other banks- excellent M&A deal experience- strong academics
