Insights & Analytics Lead - London White city (hybrid) - Until the end of January 2025 - £200 - £250/day (umbrella)Summary:This is a role for an Insights & Analytics Lead who will develop & implement marketing research and analytics programs providing strategic insights which support long term business goals with significant potential to impact company earnings.Responsibilities include gathering market and patient insights using both primary & secondary information, benchmarking, & opportunity evaluation. Responsible for marketing research and business analytics supporting a major brand or group of brands, as well as ad hoc research as needed. Identify issues and opportunities, define and prioritize information needs, creatively apply market research techniques to drive strategic thought & effective decision-making.Major accountabilities:Co-Contributes to shaping and implementing the integrated Insights and Analytics plan for a business.Supports in defining a (customer centric) vision and priorities for the Insights and Analytics team based on needs of the business, Insights and Analytics vision, input from team and stakeholders.Proactively proposes analytical solutions to business questions and problems and provide key stakeholders (e.g., TA teams) with new data driven ideas and actionable recommendations that enables better decision-making and enhance the business excellence.Co-develops and step-changes market research to develop deeper and more integrated customer and market insights.Leverages modern, non-traditional tools, strategies and advanced technological ideas using internal and external data sources to gain market insights.Explores and evaluates new data sources for targeting to drive Insights and innovation and to identify opportunities for improvement.Serves as consultant and external spokesperson for the organization on highly significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives.Supports the development of patient models to enable country and global analytics.Requirements:Proven understanding of/experience in brand sales and marketing demonstrating commercial and customer focusProven ability to build trust-based relationships allowing for strong levels of challenge with key stakeholdersExcellent analytical skills and understanding of analytical models and systemsStrong project management skillsProven ability to identify insights and business opportunities to improve business performance and verbalize that to key stakeholderDemonstrated leadership skills both vertically and horizontally across the organizationBachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent desirable
